My Take: PiYo is my absolute favorite out of all the Beachbody workouts I've completed! I love it because it made me feel great while toning and gaining an impressive amount of flexibility. I couldn't believe how much flexibility I gained in the 2 months and how much better I felt. This is the workout for those looking to bulk up or lose a crazy amount of weight in a short time, but if you're looking to feel great, tone and look and feel longer and leaner this is the workout for you. PiYo WILL make you stronger without weights. I couldn't do a chin-up after 3 months of P90X3 but I could after PiYo! It is NOT easy, but there is a modifier you can follow until you're ready to keep up with Charlene. The best surprise for me was that there is no additional ab workout like some of the other programs, but the program focuses on your core and I actually ended up with better stomach definition than any of the other Beachbody workouts I've completed. For you if: you're looking to gain flexibility and build strength with no equipment and a workout that makes you feel really good after. Not for you if: you're looking to get "ripped" or lose a significant amount of weight in a short time
