As a fitness enthusiast, I discovered that everything changed for me once I found workout programs I enjoyed. I went from someone who dreaded going to the gym (but knew I “should”) to someone who couldn’t wait for my next workout. Enjoying your workout is the key to sticking with it, and as a NASM-Certified Personal trainer, my goal is to take you through the OPT (Optimum Performance Training) model in a fun and enjoyable way, while getting you results that will keep you coming back.
You can train with me through one-on-one private training or come to my group fitness classes at Fit in 50, where I am the Fitness Director. Fit in 50 offers 50 minute group fitness classes designed to increase your strength, endurance and mobility while avoiding injuries. Classes are strictly limited to 8 members, ensuring you get the perfect mix of personal guidance and fun. I write the classes, so you know who to blame for torturing you and then who to thank for your results!.
