As a fitness enthusiast, I discovered that everything changed for me once I found workout programs I enjoyed. I went from someone who dreaded going to the gym (but knew I “should”) to someone who couldn’t wait for my next workout. Enjoying your workout is the key to sticking with it, and as a NASM-Certified Personal trainer, my goal is to take you through the OPT (Optimum Performance Training) model in a fun and enjoyable way, while getting you results that will keep you coming back. I offer personal training sessions at Fit in 50, your home or mine. 2-3x a week is recommended to get the best results. I am currently also offering 30-45 minutes zoomed sessions and coaching through Beachbody for those who prefer to social distance.
